Refunds

Items purchased from Party with Shirley Shop come with a 30day refund promise if the item is faulty or you are not happy with your purchase for any reason. For exclusions to this policy please see below:

• Custom made wedding stationary, invitations and paintings etc may only be returned if faulty.
• Earrings may not be returned for Health and Safety reasons.
• We do not accept returns of items under £5, unless they are faulty/damaged.
  
• You cannot cancel an order once we have accepted it, unless this is agreed by email with Party with Shirley.
  
• It is your responsibility to check the goods on delivery for damage caused by transit.
  
• If faulty goods are to be returned to us must be in their original unopened packaging unless the item is faulty. You must repackage the item with your receipt and must post your item prepaid. You will not be reimbursed for any postage charges unless your item was damaged in transit and is reported to us on the day of delivery.
  
• Postage charges are non-refundable.
  
• The refund will be payable only to the account holder or company that made the payment.
• If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the goods to us in a re-saleable condition by Recorded delivery within 7 days for a refund of the item or a replacement. Original delivery charges and return postage costs will only be refunded if your order is damaged or faulty. Original delivery charges and return postage costs will NOT be refunded if your order is simply unwanted or unsuitable. We guarantee that you will receive your refund within 4 weeks in the form of a voucher for unwanted/unsuitable items and refund to account for faulty items. This does not apply to custom items such as wedding stationary or custom artwork, which may only be returned if faulty.
